Refund policy

  • Unused products can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase by presenting the product with an original invoice.
  • No cash refunds will be entertained.
  • Exchange without an invoice will not be entertained.
  • Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
  • In case of a wrong item delivered or if the product is damaged in transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • In case of an exchange, the product must be in its original condition with packaging intact.
